Detailed Description of Excursion:
Drive through the famous Fern Gully turning inland to the mountains-Nine Miles. A quaint village in the beautiful mountains of St. Ann's. It was here on February 6th 1945 the legendary “King of Reggae" was born and it is the very same place where he is laid to rest. A tour of Nine Miles starts at the family home where the history began and where some of Bob's close relatives still reside.
Re-live insights into Bob's childhood and musical career before a walk through the mausoleum, which is the final resting place of the Reggae King. After the tour get a chance to visit Brown's Town Market
(to mingle a little with the rural folks) before stopping at a Jamaican Jerk Centre to try our famous jerks after which you'll return to the cruise ship.
