A Health and Wellness Excursion

Your tour starts with an energizing walk through a canopied, tropical forest… a haven for the island’s fascinating variety of birds, ferns and indigenous trees. Enjoy an elevation change of 300 feet to the Look Out Point with a spectacular view of the coastline.
Now it’s time to rev it up a notch and get those muscles toned and taut with a fun filled cycle over undulating terrain to the beach.
The gentle waves are welcoming. Relax with a cool, refreshing dip in the crystal blue Caribbean Sea.
